Kidney CancerKidney (Renal) cancer: a rare cancer that affects the small tubes that connect the kidneys to the bladder. The kidney has very small tubes where the malignant cancer cells are found in the lining of these tubules. Kidneys are the filtration plant of the body. The waste products are thrown out of the body through urine. The urine passes through a tube called the ureter into the bladder and then out of the body through the urethra.
