Dr. Krunal Khobragade is a Senior Consultant – Surgical Oncology at HCG Cancer Hospital, Nagpur and KIMS-Kingsway Hospital, Nagpur.

Dr. Krunal Khobragade completed his Master’s in General Surgery (2010) from Seth G.S. Medical College & K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai, followed by MCh in Surgical Oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital, graduating in 2017 as a Gold Medallist.

He has undergone advanced training in GI and HPB Surgery, Gastro-intestinal Endoscopic & Robotic Surgery, and Uro-Oncology.

In 2019, he was awarded the prestigious UICC Fellowship (International Union for Cancer Control) for advanced training in Robotic and Colorectal Cancer Surgery at Korea University, Seoul, South Korea.

He is also a recipient of the ESSO Fellowship (European Society of Surgical Oncology) for advanced training in Peritoneal Cancer Surgery, Cytoreductive Surgery, and HIPEC at Hospital Moises Broggi, Barcelona, Spain.

Dr. Krunal has received specialized training in PIPAC at the National Cancer Center, Singapore, and was a Visiting Fellow in Colorectal Surgery at Portsmouth University Hospital, UK (2023).

He has additionally completed Healthcare Management studies from IIM Ahmedabad and serves on the advisory boards of multiple health-tech companies.

Dr. Krunal Khobragade has numerous national and international journal publications and conference presentations to his credit. He was awarded Best Oral Presentation for his research on Retroperitoneal Sarcomas at Seoul (2020).

He was felicitated by the Honorable Chief Minister of Maharashtra for his overall achievements during the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of IGGMC (2018).
